Killary Outfitters is pleased to offer full-service travel help. We'll handle your flights, transfers and logistics — so the journey is as sorted as the fishing, and the cost of getting there is never the thing that keeps you off the water.
Airline ticketing
We'll book your flights — the right routes and the best times to land for each trip, with the insider read that comes from making the journey ourselves. Prefer to use your own miles and airports? We'll advise and let you book direct.
Lodging & ground
Transfers, rental cars and any nights either side of the trip, arranged alongside your ticket. On our multi-day trips, ground transport once you're with us is already included in the price.
If plans change
Weather turns, connections slip, dates move — real people who know the trips are on the end of the line to re-route and rebook. Attention to detail, and support the whole way through.
Personal, concierge, and handled the same way as our free trip planning — one point of contact from first enquiry to the flight home.
Rather book it yourself?
That's completely fine
Book your own flights on your own miles, dates and airports — we'll happily suggest the best routes and times to land. It keeps the trip price honest and separate: you only ever pay for the fishing, plus whatever travel you choose to add.

Costs, discussed upfront
Any ticket costs or service fees are laid out and agreed with you before you commit — we'll quote it plainly. Travel is always separate from the price of your experience or trip, so what you pay for the day stays clear.

Check "Getting there" before you book
Each experience and trip has a Getting there panel in its booking sidebar that spells out whether flights and ground transport are included, with a note for anything specific to that day or trip. If it isn't clear, ask — we'll tell you exactly what the journey looks like before you commit.
So the journey is never the barrier
Transportation vouchers
A subsidised or free place means little if you can't afford to get there. So, depending on your circumstances, we provide transportation vouchers — toward fuel, a bus or train fare, or a flight — to help cover the cost of reaching us and getting home.

Offered depending on the Access place you qualify for — most often for supported and fully-funded guests, and always assessed privately.

A voucher toward your travel — fuel, coach or rail, or a contribution to a flight — sized to the trip and how far you're coming.

Just ask when you apply. Like everything in Access, it's handled quietly — no one on the trip knows who received what.
Vouchers are funded by the same charitable Fund that pays for supported and free places, and are provided at our discretion as funds allow. Ask us and we'll tell you what's possible for your trip.
